November 12, 2019 Toronto, Ontario:

Dave Dysart, the spokesperson for HHB Communications Canada, announced this week that the company will officially be changing its name to YSL Pro as of November 15, 2019.

Dysart explained, “The transition to the new name reflects our integral position within our parent company Yorkville Sound, while at the same time acknowledging our position at the top level of the Professional Audio market in Canada. YSL Pro will continue to represent the premium brands that we have distributed in the Canadian marketplace, and will have an increased presence in the market.”

HHB Communications Canada was formed in April 1997, and over the last 22 years has represented many of the Professional Audio industry’s premium brands. Virtually all of Canada’s Recording Studios, Resellers, Post Production facilities and Broadcasters are clients. With the transition to YSL Pro, this rich history will continue to grow.

Dysart comments, “This is an exciting change, and I look forward to growing our business while continuing to offer the exemplary sales and technical support that we have been know for over the last 22 years.”

Jeff Cowling, Vice President of Yorkville Sound, remarks, “We have enjoyed working with the HHB team for the past two and a half years, and this transition brings us closer together. Our shared brain trust will make the company stronger, and the collective product lines truly complement each other.”

The YSL Pro offices will remain at 2 Eastern Ave in downtown Toronto.
