HHB Canada have recently been helping Patchwork Sound and The Mustard Shop produce Patchwork Sessions – live recordings shot in 360°/ VR in an old Victorian house in Toronto. Yesterday was the dry run – the band Scotch set up their gear to provide some warm grooves and soul, which were beautifully captured by Royer Labs, Blue Microphones, Mojave Audio, Townsend Labs and sE Electronics, running into pre-amps by Manley, Rupert Neve Designs, Cranborne Audio and Traverse Analogue. All of this was recorded to a Universal Audio Apollo x6 and an Apollo x16. Each band member had their own independent and controllable headphone mix via the Digital Audio Labs Livemix.

Keep tuned to (and follow) Patchwork Sessions for releases in the coming months!
